Wife says that you can either hire someone to do it,
but you will have to chauffeur her and her two friends to a quaint little town for a long weekend of boutique shopping,
or you can stay home and paint the house yourself.
You can say you want to play golf and watch football all weekend but it's just not going to happen.
Neither is a good choice, but I would still rather pick the one I hate the least rather than leaving the decision up to someone else.

The point is simple, we don't have much voice in the country (not so much a criticism just a statement of fact with 300Million plus people). If I had my choice the country would head in a more libertarian direction. So I am expressing that opinion. I did the same thing in the republican primary in 2012. I voted for Paul, not sure I would have voted for him in the general. If you don't get it, sorry.

I do, Sanders supporters, millennials mainly. They showed to vote for Obama, but having bought into the idea of socialism they are taking their loss out on Clinton.

It has never mattered who I vote for in my state, not just because it is the most red state in the country but also because we only have 3 electoral votes. In reality nobody's vote counts except those in swing states. Most folks here are under the impression that their vote does count, and they stand around arguing about Johnson all the time. Silly, silly citizens..

I mean if you're going to vote for a bufoon, at least vote for the one that has a chance of beating Hillary..
Favorite SCOTUS Justice of the current eight?Well, after eliminating the liberals, and ruling out Kennedy because he loves to be called The Swing Vote, that leaves the remaining conservatives. With Scalia gone, and Roberts ruled out because of his two copout rulings on Obamacare, I guess I'd have to say Alito or Thomas. Again, not a sound bite question.
Of course, Trump would identify BDK's hero, Putin, as his favorite world leader.

If the Libertarians could assemble a team capable of actually winning in 2020, I'd be 100% behind them. My personal platform overlaps about 90% of their published platform, which is far more than I overlap with Democrats or Republicans.
The problem in 2016 is they have no shot in hell of winning, so you'd be a complete fool to vote for them when there's a chance the Clinton machine could be allowed back in the White House.
If the media and the DNC and the RNC have a problem with the Donald, then he has qualities I might like.
If he is capable of doing a veto when they try to raise the debt limit next time, that alone would be worth the price of admission.

Think about that. Debt is oxygen to the Donald: every major project he's ever worked on has been leveraged to the max, and his businesses have gone through bankruptcy four times. I think he'd want to increase the debt ceiling every chance he got.Bisonfanatical wrote:^^^^^^^^^ this is a really important fact.93henfan wrote:
