Ah yes...El Cajon...that is where you can find about 95% of all the redneck/white trash in the San Diego area. El Cajon is a total shithole. The best thing it has going for it is that it is a 40 minute drive to the beach.

Some certainly are. Mixing self righteousness with assuredness that your political opponents are wrong/evil down to their very core is a tough combination. It used to be mainly associated with the Religious Right, but you see a lot more of it now in even just mainstream liberalism and progressivism. Trump has helped bring that to the forefront more than normal but it's certainly been building for some time.89Hen wrote:So being a liberal is extreme? Gotcha.Chizzang wrote:News Flash:

No. But, attacking someone over it makes you extreme.89Hen wrote:So being a liberal is extreme? Gotcha.Chizzang wrote:News Flash:

Like - being "pro life" isn't extreme. But, shooting up a Planned Parenthood makes you an extremist.
Is this complicated?

Watched Hillary give a stump speech the day after the debate and in the background were two different women in tears, completely overcome by emotion. I'm telling you, even though there are a LOT of angry conservatives, IMO your run of the mill liberal is far more likely to be overcome and lose control of emotion. In the case above... rage.
