Go be your AKa moniker - drunk college guy...our game to CSU is the same in their eyes as it was to App state and Michigan in 2007. No body has ever played a 5 time champion and to them that will be HUGE. Jacks are use to us, they are not, that's all I was trying to point out.

It would be like the Jacks playing App.state after they won 3 in a row and going to their house 10 years ago. Yikes.
Odds extremely high to get whipped up on. that's all.

I think CSU will be one of the good teams going into the playoffs in Decemeber based on their run game and defense. Young QB is going to be schooled in Fargo but will grow. Maybe you Jacks get a crack at them in December? Wouldn't that be interesting.

JBB and Lakesbison are over the top but that tells me you spend more time on the Bisonville forum and admire us more then your own program. Steigemeyer is not your answer for SDSU. You need to go get a big time coach if you school is ever going to be successful. That's your guys biggest problem. Nice new stadium, practice facility won't help the bunnies be better then the Herd!

Well, they do go to Frisco for the national title games. But I must say I don't think there's ever been a I-AA/FCS program that got to play at home in the playoffs as much as North Dakota State has. Some of it's been luck. Like they got to play at home against Richmond because Richmond upset Indiana State last year.

Still, I think that they've only played one playoff game on their opponent's home field and they lost it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that's the case.

I understand that they beat Montana State on the road. But you don't make your own luck. Luck is luck. It's chance.

You surely do make your own luck if there is really such a thing as luck. If the Bison had not won enough games to be a 3rd seed, they would not have had a home game when Illinois St lost. Richmond was good enough to beat Illinois State at home, but it was a different story when they came to Fargo.

.........and the Bison won 5 games on a neutral field in Frisco, TX. Twice against a Texas school that won the Big Sky.
