They sent out Bernie to rile up the youth of the Democratic party and then expected them to fall in line like good soldiers. Thats why he kept pushing so he wouldnt appear to be the pushover he was.93henfan wrote:Clinton folks pulled a planned speech this afternoon by Congressman Bobby Scott of Virginia nominating Tim Kaine for VP because of fear of boos. Bernie has no balls.Skjellyfetti wrote:You're an idiot.
"They" would have rather Bernie never ran.
But, maybe "They" also had Trump run on the Republican ticket to secure a Hillary nomination. Seems like you'd just as easily subscribe to this theory.

I can't believe you're criticizing Bernie supporters for voting for Clinton when so many Republicans are voting for a guy who is not really a Republican, who is a total asshole, who is dangerously nuts, who lies just about every time he opens his mouth, and who is totally clueless as well as unqualified just because he's running with an "R" next to his name.Cluck U wrote:Now, we'll find out if Bernie's followers have any balls. None.
That is all you need to know about Bernie.![]()

So you want a group of folks who rallied behind bernie because he wasn't "establishment" to fall in line with an establishment candidate that colluded in rigging the primary against their guy.JohnStOnge wrote:I can't believe you're criticizing Bernie supporters for voting for Clinton when so many Republicans are voting for a guy who is not really a Republican, who is a total asshole, who is dangerously nuts, who lies just about every time he opens his mouth, and who is totally clueless as well as unqualified just because he's running with an "R" next to his name.Cluck U wrote:Now, we'll find out if Bernie's followers have any balls. Bernie and Warren are disappointing but the Dems reclaiming the senate has to be a powerful persuasion especially if you're playing the long game.Cluck U wrote:Bernie has no balls.Skjellyfetti wrote:You're an idiot.

Shit is gonna get good if Johnson can get his 15% numbers for inclusion in the debates.kalm wrote:Bernie and Warren are disappointing but the Dems reclaiming the senate has to be a powerful persuasion especially if you're playing the long game.Cluck U wrote:

My sense of things right now is that despite the "unity" Hillary is in serious trouble and that more progressive voters are going to jump ship than you think.
I hope that's the case the same as I hope Johnson's numbers continue to rise.
But I could be wrong. We shall see.
There are probably encrypted emails behind a triple firewall at the DNC floating around right now discussing how to sabotage Gary Johnson.SDHornet wrote:Shit is gonna get good if Johnson can get his 15% numbers for inclusion in the debates.kalm wrote:

I haven't heard anybody allege that Hillary colluded in rigging the primary. In fact, I haven't even heard anything to suggest that the primaries were rigged. There was discussion of DNC people considering attacks on Bernie as being an atheist but my understanding is that it wasn't done. Meanwhile the results of the Democrat primaries pretty much went according to what the polls predicted. When the polls were wrong, Sanders won when Clinton was predicted to.SDHornet wrote:So you want a group of folks who rallied behind bernie because he wasn't "establishment" to fall in line with an establishment candidate that colluded in rigging the primary against their guy.

This.Skjellyfetti wrote:Eh, and that wouldn't be that controversial. There's the same for Trump.
What is controversial is for them to sabotage another Democrat's campaign in a party primary where they're supposed to be neutral.
Sabotaging other campaigns is more par for the course. And, I'd be shocked if Republicans hadn't tried to do the same the Johnson.

So you've been in a cave for the last week. You have your head farther up hilldogs ass then some of the establishment donks desperately clinging to the way things were. It's pretty clear that Hillary won the Democratic primary race because more people wanted to vote for her. Whether that was wise or not is another question as she has so much baggage. But that's the reasonable conclusion. There was no "rigging" of primaries.

Ok. Please link some reference showing that any of the primaries were "rigged." And saying that there were e mails from DNC people showing that they didn't favor Bernie doesn't do it. You have to provide some evidence that primaries were rigged.SDHornet wrote:So you've been in a cave for the last week. I'm well aware of what happened. There was nothing to suggest that any primaries were rigged. If you have some reference you can provide showing that any primary was rigged I will be happy to consider it.kalm wrote:SDHornet wrote: So you've been in a cave for the last week.
