BREAKING: Romanian hacker with access to Clinton emails found dead in jail cell

Christian Times Newspaper has learned that Guccifer, the Romanian hacker currently being held on charges for hacking Hillary Clinton’s personal email server, has been found in his Virginia jail cell, dead of an apparent suicide.

Guccifer, also known as Marcel Lazar Lehel, was extradited to the United States to face charges after openly admitting to repeatedly hacking Hillary Clinton’s email server. This claim occurred in the midst of an FBI probe that was concluded this morning by Director Comey.

Lehel claimed that the server was “like an open orchid on the Internet” and that it “was easy … easy for me, for everybody.”

After the FBI cleared Clinton of any charges Tuesday morning, a rumor began circulating that Guccifer was missing from his jail cell. Tuesday night, reports began spreading that the Romanian hacker was found after the evening’s dinner hanging from a rope in his personal cell.

Comey, in his statement Tuesday morning, alluded to the fact that American enemies and individual actors most likely accessed Hillary Clinton’s emails, but Guccifer was the only person to come forward with knowledge of their contents.

Reports are still developing, and CTN is waiting on statements from authorities.
It is worth noting that the Clinton White House faced allegations that Hillary and her aides were involved in the questionable suicide of White House employee Vince Foster in 1995.

During that 15 minutes, Comey admitted that he decided to put, "willingly" into the reading of the statue. Yup, he straight out admitted it.

:dunce:

How does an FBI guy get to decide to put things into laws? His job is to enforce the law...he doesn't get to become the Supreme Court or Congress.

Then, he said he couldn't prove that Hillary knew she had classified information on her server. A congressman asked if Comey believed that a Secretary of State would be expected to receive classified information in her e-mails, and Comey responded, "Yes."

So, Comey just fvcked his own reasoning for not bringing an indictment...Hillary did break the law...ans she will walk. :ohno:

Unbelievable.

If anyone votes for Hillary, they are simply incredibly untrustworthy creeps.
Comey gets to keep his job after the election, if Hillary wins, and Monsanto has a spot for him after that. Its a great little system we have. :thumb:

http://www.snopes.com/guccifer-missing-from-jail-cell/

The fabricated whatdoesitmean.com story about Guccifer's disappearance was picked up a few days later by the Christian Times Newspaper web site, which embellished it into a tale of Lazar's in-custody death. But the Christian Times Newspaper is just another online fake news outlet (not to be confused with the legitimate Christian Times newspaper) that spins fabricated tales for profit.

We contacted authorities at the Virginia jail, who were able to confirm that Lehel is alive, well, and in custody there. There is no truth to the claim he went mysteriously missing from his jail cell in early July 2016.

Supposedly he never gained access?

http://thehill.com/policy/national-secu ... ton-server

The hacker who exposed Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email account never gained access to her private server, FBI Director James Comey testified Thursday.

The hacker “Guccifer,” whose real name is Marcel Lehel Lazar, hacked the email account of longtime Clinton confidant Sidney Blumenthal — and claimed he broke into the server Clinton used when she was secretary of State.
But those claims were bogus, Comey told the House Oversight Committee during his testimony on the investigation into Clinton’s use of a personal email server.

“He did not [gain access to Clinton's server], he admitted that was a lie,” Comey said in response to questions from Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-Texas).

The State Department and Clinton’s campaign have long dismissed Lazar’s claims.

Although the government never publicly linked Lazar to the case, onlookers had speculated that he might be called upon to assist in the FBI’s investigation into Clinton. Comey confirmed on Thursday that he had been interviewed in connection with the probe.

The former taxi driver originally exposed Clinton’s use of a personal email address in 2013, but it was another two years before reports revealed that she used the personal account exclusively throughout her tenure as secretary of State and that it was connected to a private server at her New York home.

Since his extradition to the U.S. from Romania earlier this year, Lazar has made several claims that he was able to sneak into Clinton’s server.

“By running a scan, I found that server ... was completely unsecured,” he told NBC News.

“For me, it was easy,” he added, to Fox News.

Lazar, 44, pleaded guilty in May to hacking and identity theft. He is accused of exposing messages from former Presidents George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush, as well as Blumenthal and ex-Secretary of State Colin Powell.

Besides, if you're going to brief Trump it'd be laughable to say you're going to worry about briefing Hillary. Briefing Trump is like briefing a 10 year old then expecting them to keep it secret.

What this is, fellas, is a classic example of the Republicans over reaching. Most of the time I'm upset when they do that because it ALWAYS burns them and most of the time I'm pulling for them. But this time I'm on the other side.

There wasn't any big threat to national security as a result of Hillary having a private server. Republicans are engaged in trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill. And they're going to get burned doing it. Again.

And what I expected to come across when I was able to watch part of the hearing today came across. It came across as partisan. They're out to get Clinton. Democrats are out to protect her. Now they're going to try to get her on lying under oath to Congress. And they're going to fail. And it's going to be "there they go again" to people who are on the fence.

They're on a witch hunt...and yes I know that's particular apt terminology in this case...and it's obvious.

Thankfully, this time I'm on the side that's going to be happy to see them continue to dig their own grave.

The woman was Secretary of State for years during which she was entrusted with stuff that really WAS important. There's no indication whatsoever that any of that stuff got out.

On the other hand, Ryan is dealing with friggin' Donald "completely out of control and with the emotional maturity of a 10 year old" Trump as HIS party's nominee.

And he's claiming to be worried about Clinton getting intelligence briefings? Get real.

He knows it's ridiculous. He knows it's political posturing. And, frankly, I'm becoming more and more disappointed in Ryan because as of a month ago I thought he really WAS someone who is above that sort of thing. Also held out hope that he had integrity and therefore would never endorse Trump.

I was clearly wrong on both counts.

That isn't the point. When I was granted TS in 2006, I was told that leaking information of ANY classification can be punished. It doesn't matter if it's Confidential, Secret or TS. The point is that she knew better.

You're looking at the historical standard for briefing Presidential candidates. Worrying about Hillary Clinton when you've got Donald Trump in the mix is ridiculous.

And Ryan knows that. He knows there's no way Hillary's going to be denied the briefings and he knows Trump represents more of a risk in any case. He's doing pure political crap.

Are you not paying attention? I'm not looking at Presidential briefs (which, btw, she'll get. The Obama administration will revoke her clearance.) Pay attention, John.

I'm talking about her ineptitude. She knew the rules and she ignored them. She either knew she was passing along classified information or was too stupid to realize it. She was also had too big an ego to think that a server would be secure in her home than housed and managed 24/7 by professional staff at NO COST TO HER.

But yeah, let's focus on the person that most likely won't be elected POTUS. You want someone that will put a few more liberal judges (which you hate) on the bench and further push an agenda (which you hate).

Dude, there isn't a person here dem or conk that wouldn't admit the Clintons have more baggage than Delta Airlines. I don't know how a moderately well informed person can sit there and watch them evade getting caught while everybody knows they did it and still believe that they're good and decent people that should be role models and running the country. People who support Hillary at this point are not unlike those who supported OJ during his trial back in the 90's...they mostly knew he was guilty then, but are just agreeing on it 20 years later.
If someone hates Trump, I get it....I've said he's a buffoon from the beginning. However, I still possess a conscience that won't allow me to vote for an obvious liar who benefits from a different set of rules from the rest of us.

I think it is very important to understand that with respect to the e mail thing Clinton did not benefit from a different set of rules. In fact, one thing Comey was cleary concerned about was NOT holding her to a different and HIGHER standard because of who she was. If he had tried to nail her on the "Gross Negligence" thing he'd have been doing something that had only been done once in 100 years. He'd have been trying to charge her under circumstances in which the "everyday" person would not have been charged.

Also, as I said when Bush was accused of lying about WMDs in Iraq, being wrong and lying are two different things. The fact that Clinton said she did not send classified information then Comey said she did does not necessarily mean she lied. In fact Comey said she did not knowingly do it.

I find it unfortunate that I am in a position to have to defend Hillary Clinton but you guys are out of control. You're as bad as the people who were saying George W. Bush "lied" about Iraq having WMDs.
Well, I believe that I must tell the truth
And say things as they really are
But if I told the truth and nothing but the truth
Could I ever be a star?

I don't think you understand what a double standard is it what NDAs say. There are soldiers and sailors in jail and on trial right now for doing what she did. You are supposed to know the difference and ignorance isn't an excuse. And if she can't determine what's classified and what isn't, then she shouldn't be charged with leading our country. She's a step away from being Geraldo giving away our position on Fox News.

JFC, you are a moran.

Comey admitted that he inserted the idea of, "willfully" into the statute. That part of the statute DOES NOT EXIST.

So, you have an FBI director making up the law and deciding who to prosecute according to A PART OF THE LAW THAT HE MADE UP.

Cripes, you rant on about the Supreme Court interpreting the law in a way that a law isn't written, yet you give the FBI director a pass for doing the exact same thing.

John, you've really jumped the shark here as you have decided to subvert what is right for what is convenient.

Again, you have become EXACTLY what you are bitching about.

And as for doing something that hasn't been done in 100 year...most people don't put themselves into the position that Hillary did. If they did it every year, they'd all be in jail (or we'd have the law changed). That is no excuse not to follow the law.
These signatures have a 500 character limit?

What if I have more personalities than that?
