I've said on hear many times that there is 0% chance I'm voting for Hillary. I don't think you'll ever see me defending her. I first starting posting on AGS political forum... not to argue with Conks... but, to argue with Travis against Hillary in the Democratic primary.

My anti-Hillary posting history is longer than anti-Republican. :coffee:

Having said that. I don't know who I'm voting for. Right now probably Gary Johnson. I agree with him on a lot and my disagreements are fairly minor (or things he wouldn't be able to implement). I think he's competent and would do a good job.

I agree with Jill Stein on a lot. But, she's completely fucking loony and clueless on a lot of things. Not much chance I will vote for her.

Also I can't believe this until I see a pie chart showing the difference in your anti-Hilldog posts vs anti-conk posts. ;)

As mentioned by many and in Skelly's Intercept piece, the take away is affirmation of entrenched wealth and power and the two-tiered justice system.

I acknowledged the misdirection on Benghazi which has exactly zero to do with her handling of e-mail. I'm also assuming Comey didn't lose his job in 2008 because this administration viewed him as able to set aside his political leanings to pursue the law. Turns out that likely wasn't the case now as we've found there are laws for low level operatives and laws for those flying at a different altitude.

Nobody is fooled by your passive aggressive splooge stained umpteen posts ab Hillary, spoogedawg.

We all know you can't directly defend her, but that's no reason to deflect from the fact that youre elated that your choice for president will not be indicted.

BTW I stand by my assessment of Comey.

It's not, but it's always been an unwritten rule and now it's clearly public policy.

And run of the mill, "the elites and rich have too much power in this country", Democrats are okay with this.

Fact of the matter, every 99% of American citizens are completely full of shit when it comes to their so-called "moral values and political beliefs".

Of course the irony in this is that any bernie supporter with any self respect and moral character realizes just how hypocritical a vote for hilldog after all of this would be. Boy are they in a precarious spot.

I think the Republicans are about to impale themselves by calling Comey up for questioning before the House Oversight Committee. I swear, I don't know how many times Republicans have to burn themselves doing this sort of thing before they learn their lesson. Democrats on the Committee are going to grandstand. By thte time it's all over it's going to be the REPUBLICANS who are going to be seen by most as doing something for political reasons. Normally I'd be upset. But this time I'm pleased with this probable mistake on their part because it is important to keep Trump out of the White House.

Oh...and Paul Ryan of all people being stupid enough to suggest Clinton shouldn't get national security briefings. Good GRIEF what an over reach; especially when the other candidate is friggin' completely out of control Donald Trump.

Don't know who Cummings is, but I just watched 15 minutes of the hearing.

During that 15 minutes, Comey admitted that he decided to put, "willingly" into the reading of the statue. Yup, he straight out admitted it.

:dunce:

How does an FBI guy get to decide to put things into laws? His job is to enforce the law...he doesn't get to become the Supreme Court or Congress.

Then, he said he couldn't prove that Hillary knew she had classified information on her server. A congressman asked if Comey believed that a Secretary of State would be expected to receive classified information in her e-mails, and Comey responded, "Yes."

So, Comey just fvcked his own reasoning for not bringing an indictment...Hillary did break the law...ans she will walk. :ohno:

Unbelievable.

If anyone votes for Hillary, they are simply incredibly untrustworthy creeps.

Wow.

There are some interesting things coming out of this:
How do you say:
An FBI employee "might face severe discipline" if s/he did what Clinton did, Comey says.
Then say
Comey: “You know what would be a double standard, if she were prosecuted for gross negligence."
:dunce: Huh?

Comey says there is no transcript/audio of FBI interview w Clinton, tho there is a summary
:ohno: Why would't you record an interview?!
** News ** Comey says FBI interviewed hacker Guccifer (1) and he did not hack Clinton’s server
“He did not, he admitted that was a lie.

This is a really interesting, and gutwrenching, case.
I see where Comey is coming from with his recommendation to not prosecute. And, as I see it, the reason is because the laws are not clear enough and there is not precedent.

Clinton tried to skirt this issue for months with lies, hoping that an investigation would not prove her wrong. When she was asked for information, she gave everything to her lawyers (who did not have security clearance) for them to "separate the personal emails from the work-related emails". In the process, many emails were erased and never submitted to the Government. She did barely enough to avoid punishment of any kind.

I guess the thing I don't understand is that it takes two to email. How could they not find every email that was sent to and from the state.gov server, to and from Clinton's email address?

BTW, Chaffetz is kicking ass on the fact that Clinton gave access to classified emails to her attorneys that did not have clearance.
