http://www.ibtimes.com/clinton-foundati ... nt-1934187Under Clinton's leadership, the State Department approved $165 billion worth of commercial arms sales to 20 nations whose governments have given money to the Clinton Foundation, according to an IBTimes analysis of State Department and foundation data. That figure -- derived from the three full fiscal years of Clinton’s term as Secretary of State (from October 2010 to September 2012) -- represented nearly double the value of American arms sales made to the those countries and approved by the State Department during the same period of President George W. Bush’s second term.

We can't let Bubba and Jim Bob in the sticks buy those scary-looking "assault weapons", but we can unload freighter fulls of guns on foreign shores in tinpot countries that are either not willing or able keep track of where they go.

Innuendo. The article itself makes it pretty clear that for whatever reason the Obama Administration generally accelerated arms sales. It appears to come down to the statement that, while arms sales to other nations increased by 80% overall, they increased by 143% for nations that had contributed to the Clinton foundation in the past.
That's a pretty tenuous basis for alleging influence pedaling.
And, look, we can all say that there are questions about cozying up to Saudi Arabia. But that's been United States policy for as long as I can remember.

Well, I believe that I must tell the truth
And say things as they really are
But if I told the truth and nothing but the truth
Could I ever be a star?

Agreed, with the proviso that Bubba and Jim Bob, while not always malicious, are usually too stupid to be trusted with weapons.
You matter. Unless you multiply yourself by c squared. Then you energy.

Hmmmm....ISIS attacking and besieging a Syrian air base...and Saudi and Turkish telephone numbers?
"A mile away, rows of captured homemade mortars constructed by Isis mechanics lie in the grass near to an American-made construction vehicle attached to a massive iron drill that had ben used to build tunnels beneath the base.
“They tried to call up the officers on the base,” Brig Zaman says. “They sent papers over the walls with numbers of mobile phones our men could ring to defect. They offered safety corridors from the base if they wanted to desert. But our men were loyal. I even received a message with telephone numbers to ring in Saudi Arabia and Turkey. I gave the numbers to our intelligence people. These countries work for the Americans and for Israel. The only slogan we sent back was that we will win or face the consequences of being martyrs.”'

"Driving across the runways and perimeter ramparts of this huge air base – the first Western journalist ever to visit Kuweires – it isn't difficult to see what a prestigious target it made for Isis. Battered Mig jets – one with its tail broken off – stand beside more captured ordnance, two unexploded missiles clearly bear Latin letters and numbers of Western origin, another bears the inscription of an Arab government depot with its country of origin carefully scratched out."
