Welcome aboard the Trump train! We have cookies.
Actually, he really IS an emotionally immature dick head with self control issues. There's a history. When he did stuff like respond to the question about John McCain by saying he likes people that don't get captured that was not a planned, contrived response. That was real. When he stalked a female British reporter for 20 years because the documentary didn't turn out like he wanted it to after he tried to smooze her he wasn't running for office. He really IS a petulant, emotionally immature nut job.

Also, getting to King's concern, he really DOESN'T know what he's talking about. That's not an act. He really IS clueless when it comes to understanding what's going on in the world beyond building hotels and acting on reality television.

Oddly enough, building hotels and starring in reality TV is a perfect resume for a President.

Ah yes. Putting a 12 year old with a temper and who has no clue into the White House is a BRILLIANT thing to do. What could possibly go wrong? After all, HE BUILT HOTELS!!!! If you can build hotels you can do ANYTHING!!!!

Being wrong about a topic is called post partisanism - kalm

MAQA - putting the Q into qrazy qanon qult qonspiracy theories since 2015.

It will probably be difficult for MAQA yahoos to overcome the Qult programming but they should give being rational & reasonable a try.

There is absolutely nothing to suggest that Cruz has the kind of emotional maturity and self control issues that Trump has. Listen, this is no small thing. When you are talking about putting Trump into the Presidency you are talking about a mentally ill individual. This is no small thing. Cruz may be unlikeable to you. But he's not mentally ill in the sense that Trump is.

And BTW I am not so much pro Cruz as I am anti Trump. My personal preference at the beginning was Rand Paul. If I could've picked any of the candidates who started off running that's who I would have picked. I would have been able to vote for Rubio. I would've taken Rubio before Cruz. I might have even taken Santorum before Cruz.

It's not that I particularly like Cruz. It's that Trump is TOTALLY unacceptable. Trump is the only person the Republicans could have nominated such that I could NOT vote for the Republican nominee. Carson is close. But that's only because he inexplicably endorsed Trump.

Well, maybe Christie too. Going in, I was a "no way I'd vote for Christie" person. Then he started to show some signs and I thought "well maybe." Then he endorsed Trump. So now he's firmly on my shit list again.

I'm thinking that eating your boogers in a primetime debate is probably closer to being mentally ill than anything Trump has done.

Can a Retired Marine General Nicknamed ‘Mad Dog’ Save the GOP?

Retired four-star general from the United States Marine Corps is increasingly being touted as a possible savior for a Republican Party whose two leading presidential nominees are widely disliked, not just among the general voting public, but inside the GOP as well.

James Mattis, who retired from the service in 2013, led combat troops in the Persian Gulf War and the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Along the way, he earned the nickname “Mad Dog” and went by the radio call sign “Chaos.” However, he was also viewed as a deeply intellectual leader, whose dedication to study and the Marines earned him yet another nickname: “The Warrior Monk.”

“It's fun to shoot some people. I'll be right up there with you. I like brawling.

“You go into Afghanistan, you got guys who slap women around for five years because they didn't wear a veil. You know, guys like that ain't got no manhood left anyway. So it's a hell of a lot of fun to shoot them.”

At the time, Mattis’ remarks drew a mild rebuke from the Marine Corps Commandant Michael Hagee, who conceded that Mattis “should have chosen his words more carefully.”

Recently, Mattis acknowledged his history of outspokenness.

“I’ve lived a very colorful life and I’ve said some things,” Mattis said in remarks at Columbia Basin College in his home state of Washington last year, according to Marine Corps Times. “But not once have I taken them back, and I’ve never apologized for them — and I won’t. I like the enemy knowing there are a few guys like me around.”
At least he doesn't pull any punches. And he's an Eastern Washington native. :thumb:

https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/re ... candidates

And, yes, in psychology a Ph.D is a doctor. And I would call that a diagnosis. And I would say being described as a "three year old" in terms of behavior in an adult qualifies as being described as mentally ill.

That's not a diagnosis at all. I want to see a diagnosis that Trump is mentally ill. I'm guessing you just made that all up because you don't like him. Were you a bully in school?

Therapists Confirm Trump's Narcissistic Personality Disorder
Has he had an evaluation and had someone "officially" diagnose him? Of course not. But that's because he wouldn't do that. The guy is sick. You need to come to grips with that fact.

Is your thing for Cruz just a thing because he happens to be Donald Trump's opponent? Are you a Trumpie? Really, are you one of those people that has suspended your critical thinking process in order to continue to support Trump regardless of how obvious it is that that's a stupid thing to do?
