I laugh when I hear people say that the president needs to compromise to get **** done. Obama never compromised, did whatever the **** he wanted, and got what he wanted done. Seriously people, stop thinking that compromise is needed to get **** done...especially when the next POTUS gets to sway the SCOTUS in their favor.

He got SOME of what he wanted done. For a real big one, his amnesty (fully at least) has been blocked so far by the courts, and is in front of SCOTUS as we speak..Foreign policy wise has been a disaster, not getting done a lot of what he wanted to get done. He has been excellent at blaming Republicans for not getting done what he wanted to get done.

Obamacare (yeah Pelosi/Reid shoved it through but that was his main platform in ’08). He dealt with a conk controlled congress for most of his 8 years and implemented whatever programs he wanted without input from anyone (ie no budgets were passed that would have required compromise, limited the scope/spending of those programs). The conk austerity measures that Boehner “negotiated” were rolled back once Obama needed them out of the way. Obama has pwned the conks every step of the way on everything, how is that not getting his way on everything?

The only minor blips were a few SCOTUS decisions that went against him, but the next POTUS (hilldog) will be sure they don’t get in the way next time.

Wrong. For Obama's 8 years through next January he only had a conk controlled Congress for 2.
-1st 2 years he had a near supermajority donk Congress (and briefly a 60 senate supermajority which was the only way he got Obamacare passed).
-Next 4 years split Congress (donk Senate, conk House)

You do realize that McCain probably took a hundred swipes at Trump before he said that? And who cares really? McCain served honorably and was a POW, but all is fair in politics. Just ask Ted Cruz.

McCain isn't really that different from Trump. He got where he did because of his dad, who schmoozed a slot for his son at USNS. Trump was actually a better student, as McCain barely got through Annapolis, finishing fifth from last in his class.

I wonder how he did in flight school? And let's never forget that John McCain is the man who made Sarah Palin a thing.

He lost four or five aircraft - if his dad weren't an Admiral he wouldn't have seen carrier duty and would have been chairborne long before he was shot down.

Now THAT is a troll. But I'll bite at least to the point of saying that if you DON'T want Hillary or Bernie to be President Trump is clearly the worst choice you could make in terms of the person to run against either of them.

It's not only that he runs substantially weaker in polling against either than either Cruz or Kasich (and has since the beginning). It's also the fact that his background is such a target rich environment once you get into the general election against a Party that doesn't care about offending the zombies that are supporting him right now.

The ONLY hope he has is to get the nomination, have Hillary get the Democrat nomination, then have Hillary get indicted too late to allow the Democrats to field a replacement.

If that doesn't happen and he's the nominee the Democrats are going to get the biggest Electoral College landslide of my lifetime. Well...Johnson/Goldwater was in my lifetime and Johnson won that one 486 to 52 so MAYBE not. But it could be. It could be worse than that.

That's not the only reason to be against Trump but even if all you care about is having the Republican candidate win you are nuts if you support Trump to the nominee.
