Here reaction to this horrific molestation that you insinuate is a disappointed look that she couldn't ask her question.

I went through it clicking stop and start and I'm not seeing anything that cancels the contemporaneous audio. I don't see how you're going to get around having audio recorded right after the event of a Washington Post reporter asking her if she was OK and saying that Lewandowski almost threw her to the ground. You think a judge is going to buy the kind of argument you're making when a Washington Post reporter testifies that the guy almost threw her to the ground and he's got a recording of himself saying the same thing contemporaneous to the event? Also contemporaneous audio of Fields talking about how hard he grabbed her, etc.

The transcript you provided says there is "A few moments" between Trump's campaign manager saying "Excuse me, thank you" and then the supposedly incriminating (but eerily scripted-sounding) dialogue between the Washington Post Style section reporter and the Breitbart chick.

How long is "a few moments". Once you find that out, get back to me.

Also, why three days before her visit to police? Did it take that long to get the bruises just right?

Also also, why did the WaPo photographer who took pictures of the event deny being at the event for days until he was confronted with the fact that pictures were attributed to him? Then he changed his story to, oh yeah maybe I was there but I didn't see any assault.

One never knows but my bet is it won't. She's got an eye witness who has no obvious reason to lie. She's got the contemporaneous audio of her witness saying Trump's staffer almost threw her to the ground and her complaining about how hard he grabbed her. She had bruises on her arm. She's got the surveillance video confirming that he grabbed her. And arguments about what it doesn't show are diluted by the fact that it's not continuous. The staffer may get off in the end. I don't know. But I don't think the case is going to be dismissed.

And after seeing what happened to the person I know with respect to a simple battery charge I sure as heck wouldn't be surprised if he's convicted or has to plea. If you can have a woman convicted of battery because she grabbed the hand of another woman who was shaking her finger in her face...well...it is what it is. If you just intentionally touch someone without their consent that can be battery.
