Under US law, voting in another country is not an expatriating act unless that is your intent.

Remember:
CID is the guy who attempted to reasonably argue that The Citadel (an all boys School)
Attracted the same number of Homosexuals than any other school
arguing that the "Gay" population at The Citadel would settle in around the national average

Which is like arguing that
An all Girls School has the same percentage of Lesbians as the National Average

Anyhoo...
It's hilarious as to what lengths personal denial can manifest itself
I mean seriously The Citadel is like a Candy Cane Parade for Homosexuals

what? You'll have to link that one Mr Trollang

I believe what I have said in the past is that there have always been gay cadets... we all knew who they were

and they will tell you that straight cadets generally were accepting

(except for the occasional queenie nickname)

Clearly this is me trolling - up there
But I do recall a very elaborate post
where you explained that the homosexual population of The Citadel was on the national average

Which I let slide at the time because I'm nice like that (on the odd occasion)

But today it felt like a good opportunity to troll you

We have literally millions of dual citizens in our country. If it was an expatriating act it would be a mess.

The key to any expatriating act is intent. If you do it with the specific intent of losing your citizenship, then you can relinquish... after you pay me 4000 bucks and have a cute little signing ceremony

An example: Rahm Emmanuel served in the IDF during the first Gulf War. He had no intent of relinquishing and therefore he retained his citizenship. However, if he wanted to relinquish he could point to that

Well, every gay cadet in my class is out of the closet now. There are about 15 of them in a graduating class of a lottle over 400. Other classes are similar

so you tell me if thats average or not because I dont know
