So much for Trump handling losing well
The story in the immediate aftermath was that he was gracious. So much for that. You know what I'm talking about.
More evidence that he has the emotional maturity of a middle school kid.

Well, I believe that I must tell the truth
And say things as they really are
But if I told the truth and nothing but the truth
Could I ever be a star?

If someone doesn't provide links and evidence to back up what they are saying, then they might as well be yelling, "Hey, my daddy is better than your daddy!"
In other words, someone like that would have the emotional maturity of a middle school kid.

I just checked out the RCP averages for NH, South Carolina, and Florida. Trump is up 21, 16, and 21.
Rubio needs to close the gap quickly or it's over.

While Trump is up 21 in NH, Rubio has closed the gap in one poll from 30 points from the 1/29-1/31 poll to 21 points in the 2/1-2/3 poll so he has started to close that gapkalm wrote:I just checked out the RCP averages for NH, South Carolina, and Florida. Trump is up 21, 16, and 21.

South Carolina Poll is 16 (23.3 over Rubio) but that was for polls between 1/15-1/23 so no post-Iowa polls yet
Florida is at 21 (26.3 over Rubio) but those were polls 1/15-1/21 so no post-Iowa polls yet
Nevada on February 23 has Trump up 13 (22 over Rubio) in a poll covering 12/23-12/27 so old one
Trump was 11.7 in the final average RCP Iowa poll over Rubio

Christ, you will blather on in great detail about some things (and I, for one, enjoy your stats and the way you back up most of your thinking...most people on this site simply say, "yeah, but my grandmother's cousin said the guy is an innocent teddy bear")...yet you provide NOTHING on this thread to back up your insult to Trump.

They told people that Ben Carson had quit his campaign (which he didn't) and to vote for Cruz instead.
That is a lie...and it is not what CNN reported. And Cruz is standing by the campaign person that spread that false information...while trying, initially, to blame the report on CNN.
Cruz is a liar and he is standing by his lying sack of shIt campaign staffer who spread that lie.

What Cruz did (between the misleading mailer before the caucus, and what he did during the caucus regarding Carson, was slimy beyond all belief.
In this case, Trump is correct.

Meh. This is just a page out of the Clinton playbook, I don't understand the outrage. Also Carson's votes will go to Cruz when he finally drops out so those are really Cruz votes anyways via transitive theory.

Let's face it, Politics is a dirty sport. Is anyone surprised that a politician spun an announcement to their advantage?
Also, Carson is taking a hit for leaving Iowa and not going to the next state. Today he's in DC. He's not in NH or South Carolina. What sort of message does that send?

Rubio needs to close the gap quickly or it's over.

Most normal people would be outraged that a potential leader of our country is willfully lying to the public in order to gain power.SDHornet wrote: Meh. This is just a page out of the Clinton playbook, I don't understand the outrage.
But, I guess that stuff is now considered business as normal on Team Brown?
I want Trump and Bernie to win their side of the primaries. Somehow we have to break down the "normalcy" of our country's politics being run by insider shytheads. Indeed, I'll take four years of a whacky President (Bernie or Trump) if it dislodges the existing dysfunctional political sham of a system we have now, and otherwise will have forever.
We need at least a viable third party...and perhaps a Trump/Bernie win would shatter the middle of each of our two parties and release them from being held hostage by the political extremism we see from both side these days.
Go Trump-Bernie!
