It would simply increase Hillary's margin of victory.
Still could help strengthen third party legitimacy if the Sanders vote goes to Jill Stein in protest

"Clinton vs. Trump: Still A Dead Heat

..If the 2016 presidential election was held today, 37% of Likely U.S. Voters would vote for Clinton, while 36% would vote for Trump...

....Seventy-five percent (75%) of Democrats back Clinton, up five points from October. Trump draws support from 63% of Republicans, virtually unchanged from the previous survey. Unaffiliated voters prefer Trump 36% to 25%, but 29% of these voters like some other candidate. These findings also are similar to the October survey.

..The survey of 1,000 Likely Voters was conducted on December 22-23, 2015 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence....

..Clinton and Trump are currently seen as the likely nominees by large majorities of voters in their respective parties...

Voters are evenly divided when asked whether Clinton or Trump would best keep this country safe from terrorism. Trump holds a double-digit lead in voter trust when it comes to the economy and immigration.

Fifty-two percent (52%) believe Clinton has not been honest in her disclosures and testimony related to the attack in Benghazi in September 2012 that led to the murder of the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans, but that was before her day-long public appearance before a congressional panel. Right after that appearance, though, just 31% of voters said they trust Clinton in general, but even fewer (24%) trust Trump.

In recent months, much of the public controversy surrounding the Benghazi investigation has focused on the discovery of Clinton’s use of a private, non-government email server while she was secretary of State. Fifty-nine percent (59%) of voters think it’s likely Clinton broke the law by sending and receiving e-mails containing classified information through this private e-mail server.

Despite intense criticism from both his Democratic and Republican presidential rivals, Trump’s proposed ban on Muslims coming to the United States has the support of a sizable majority of Republicans – and a plurality of all voters.

Voters are far more likely to think the media is biased against Trump than against Clinton..."

No. No way Sanders makes it to the general. Unfortunately some chance Trump will. Then Hillary will kick the bejesus out of him.

Way too soon to say that. Trump has no chance in the general unless Hillary is the opponent and not very much of one then. :coffee:

Eight more years. 8-)

So now he's proposed a 45% tariff on Chinese goods. What do you think the chances are that this buffoon did some kind of careful analysis of the impacts of that?

The States that voted last night are all going to go Democrat in the general election. Pennsylvania might go Republican under some circumstances. But not if Trump is the Republican nominee.

That actually makes sense given Bobby Knight's background of irrational aggressive behavior.

What's with the GOP and them always trying to disenfranchise a segment of voters? :ohno:

Hey John, do you want some Splenda to sprinkle on all those sour grapes you've been chewing on the past few months? I'm starting to feel bad for you a little, watching your apparent worst nightmare kick so much ass.

Huh? Actually living here in PA, it's very clear that the only GOP candidate still standing who has any chance to win PA would be Trump. Kasich just doesn't have any mojo outside of Ohio and Cruz is simply unelectable outside of the tiny core of hardline GOP voters. Heck, Trump could actually put NY in play.

Sure...anyone who doesn't want a sneaky, lying, selfish, lining-her-pocket, curry-to-the-rich, race baiting, sell her soul wench to occupy the White House.

In other words, anyone with a functioning brain.

Not saying I will vote for him, but I think Trump scares me less than Hillary. I say that because I think he'd only be a one term president, and wouldn't be able to do shit like cut social security, which GW wasn't even able to do.

Hillary would almost certainly be a 2 term President, and could get away with it.

After 8 years of PBO, I think I've come to the conclusion that if you're a Progressive, electing a Democratic President in the mold of Bill/Obama/Hillary might be worse than electing a moderate Republican.

On foreign policy, I also think Trump would be less hawkish than HRC.
