But, the whole point about this thread is how the NCSE feels that the junk science that is currently supporting global warming is correct and any dissension must be squashed.

When Climate Scientists say that ANYTHING "causes" anything else with respect to climate they are breaking the rules of science. And they're doing that all the time.

All Climate Scientist need to say is "we think" this causes that based of "this and that"
and then go on to admit that we can't be entirely sure

That's all... It has never been any more complicated than that
But the dishonesty on both sides has poisoned the entire debate

Agreed. But real scientists producing numbers and theories sounds more scientifically legit than 'Al Gore is a private jet flying douche'.

(Which is also most certainly true but sounds a bit less sciency)

Uh, a fake doctor with an ND degree from one of the several naturopathy "schools" in the nation. Did I pass?

Believe me, I have plenty of experience with this crap because half of my extended family subscribes to it

Well stop subscribing me to your family's group. When my wife had cancer, we went full blown Western med and not the magical cure all route.

To me, my ND is more of a consultant. The shit I need to see him for is all within my control (exercise, weight mgmnt, stress reduction). He doesn't overstep his entry level medical privileges.

I can admit to seeing quite a few kooks in the holistic field. I was a licensed massage therapist years ago and I met some real doozies!

Fail. Christianity is one of creed, not doctrine. Plus let's not forget all the science and medicine that have been progressed by the faith (Monestaries, Universities, Hospitals, Charities). Both of those not only built critical thinking, but continue to foster it.
