My heart says CSU vs Liberty bc it means a possible home playoff game for us...but we've already clinched the auto bid.

Citadel at UTC is basically a playoff game now. Winner takes the auto bid. My vote here.

Meh, both match ups are 7-2 vs 5-4 teams. YSU beat USD, but USD beat NDSU. So I went in-state. Make your own poll if you like.

SDSU at USD. Only passing interest in NDSU and who they play week to week.

SDSU vs USD:
110th meeting going back to 1889 (as old as both states - both admitted to the union in November of that year)
51-51 and 7 ties
USD has never trailed in the series.

The next best choice is Chatty and Citadel:

The Big Sky is 3 points ahead of the Southern in Sagarin.

SUU and PSU are both ranked ahead of the other two in the AGS poll (best poll out there).

Combined records are better.

Quality wins are better.

The only justification is name recognition aka EC(b) aka EC(homerism).

Yes there's no doubt that The Citadel at Chattanooga is a strong candidate given what's at stake. I'm just kind of interested in Southern Utah at Portland State.
