As a Mets fan who still remembers 2007 and 2008, don't say that yet.93henfan wrote:Remember in July when the Nats were still in the pennant race?89Hen wrote:Phucking Phillies.
Still 6 games against each other though the rest of the Mets schedule is pretty favorable. 6 against Phils, 6 against Miami, 3 against Boston, 7 against the Braves, 4 against Cinci and 3 against the Yanks
Nats on the other hand have 6 against the Mets, 10 against Miami, 7 against Atlanta, 6 against Philly, 1 against Cinci, 3 against Baltimore, and 3 against St. Louis.
While the bad the NL East teams plus Cinci are roughly equivalent in what they have to play, St. Louis is better than NYY, and Baltimore is better than Boston so Nats should have a little tougher time but this Mets team has never had a playoff run and the last chance they had turned ugly when it looked like they were there.
