Look -- i wouldn't pick him as my 25th best QB prospy...But maybe scouts would because of his name alone. Heck, he might not even be the 125th best QB out there. I just think (1) player name and bloodlines are often influential and (2) CBS does a fairly good job with their rankings......there are a ton of other draft services out there that operate like second-hand fan resources.

He isn't even the 3rd best QB on Montana's roster.

Yep...they aren't ranking the players, they are ranking the name.
