I'm not sure the Constitution has been violated with regards to Trump's actions in D.C. - it's a pretty unique situation, hence why he's blustered about other places like Chicago but to date hasn't followed through on those.

I agree, that's why I stated earlier in the discussion that "Federal jurisdiction is different in DC than it is in Chicago, LA, etc." Use of the National Guard in LA, Chicago, etc. could be considered a violation of the Constitution (Posse Comitatus). And this is only one example of trump's EO's possibly being in violation of the Constitution.

MAQA yahoos don't want the 2nd amendment infringed upon but they seem to have no problem with trump stepping all over other amendments. They (or others) don't get to pick and choose which amendments matter and which can be ignored.
