If Democrat Hillary Clinton is elected president, Rep. Mo Brooks said he will be ready to move for her impeachment on her first day in office.
"In my judgement, with respect to Hillary Clinton, she will be a unique president if she is elected by the public next November, because the day she's sworn in is the day that she's subject to impeachment because she has committed high crimes and misdemeanors," Brooks said during a recent interview with radio talk show host Matt Murphy.
The Huntsville Republican's comments were in reference to the ongoing controversy over Clinton's use of a personal email server while she was Secretary of State. The FBI is currently investigating Clinton's email server.

Re: Alabama Congressman already wants to impeach President H
I think that might be open to interpretation. While she might ALREADY be guilty of "high crimes and misdemeanors" (i.e. Benghazi, etc.), the Constitution doesn't exactly mention whether or not said crimes are applicable if committed BEFORE inauguration. This might just be a Quixotian jousting at windmills....

That's just the kind of childish grandstanding that makes the GOP look ridiculous.
Let's see how the Benghazi testimony goes.

Republicans are so brilliant they keep shooting off their mouths and allowing the Clintons to dust off their old VRWC defense to good effect
if she is elected it will be because the GOP cut the rooe as she's trying her damndest to hang herself

Question:
Why would Mo Brooks be more focused on Hillary than on the guy about to get the Republican nomination..?
As per usual with a fundamentalist Christian the concept of "getting your own house in order"
is completely foreign to Mo... (Short for Moron)
Look elsewhere for the root of your troubles brother
and question not thy sanctity within
for You are holy and they are evil

Trump's great-great-great-great-great-great grandpappy took "jackassery and douchebaggery" out of an early draft of the Impeachment Clause.
