Personally, I find most dystopic novels boring and how good the writing is considered generally comes down to the politics of the reader.

A lot of hard-line anti-immigration types are raving on this book. Was just wondering if anyone has read it.

Re: Camp of the Saints
I don't know anything at all about the book but is it anti "immigration" or it is anti "illegal immigration?"
There are a lot of people who are anti illegal immigration who aren't anti immigration.
