As I read it I kept waiting for the part about ordering ICE to stop enforcing immigration LAW or telling HHS to not follow ACA LAW but those were somehow not in there

Glenn Beck aside- executive orders are not this president's problem- it is direct orders to cabinet level departments to circumvent or completely ignore federal statutes- something that is not exclusive to Obama, but you have to go back further than Bushitler McCheneyburton to find it
