It's a shame they used the cop's "before" picture from Hair Club for Men. That's cold.

If finding a good job isn't happening at least you're never too stupid to be a cop. :ohno:

But I thought that when only the police have guns that these things wouldn't happen.

If you mean charges will be made before the a grand jury, I hope you are correct...

If it gets to a grand jury, I hope it is for a charge higher than voluntary manslaughter...

Doesn't seem like there was a good justification for shooting, but seriously, why would a person run at the police when it was obvious that you just freaked out a woman by beating on her door in the middle of the night? This may very well be a crime, but the victim isn't blameless.

It will come back as a non-true bill from the Grand Jury.

Quick question...how did the cops declare this an unjust shooting before the toxicology report came back?

What would be in the toxicology report that would change the circumstances?

If he was stoned, it would be ok to shoot him after tasing him?

I see you love to put words in others mouths....Fucking Asshole. I was just wondering. I think the officer used excessive force and should be charged.

I also find it odd that they came out with a charge, perhaps the cops had this earlier than the papers, before a toxicology report was done.

Since the media and state and federal governments got the Martin/Zimmerman case sooooooooooooooo correct I think I'll wait until the investigation is complete and more facts come to light before making a judgment.... but that's just me. I fully realize the media and race hustlers have a job to do.

Taser apparently was, "unsuccessful."

"As the officers got out of their car, “Mr. Ferrell immediately ran toward the officers,” according to a police statement. It said Ferrell moved toward Kerrick.

Little fired his Taser, but police said it was unsuccessful.

Police said Kerrick fired “several” rounds, striking Ferrell “multiple times.” He died at the scene."

WTF does, "unsuccessful" mean? did it misfire, or did it fire but not stop the man running towards the police officer?

Then there was this quote: "He started “banging on the door viciously,” according to Monroe."

Why couldn't he have just knocked quietly at 2am? And where was his Obushma phone? And who RUNS towards police officers? :suspicious:

The NAACP is getting involved and the lawyer for Mr. Ferrell's family is questioning the behavior of the officer and the homeowner who called police. No word yet on whether the NAACP will be questioning the behavior of Mr. Ferrell, but word is that there won't be some sort of seminar on how to be quiet, respectful, and polite while out in public, while knocking on someone's door at 2am, or while approaching anyone with a gun.
These signatures have a 500 character limit?

Did you not read my post???? Obviously not. If he was on PCP, for instance, he might be off his rocker....this is obviously not what I said earlier. You really like to put words in others mouths....grow up. :tothehand:

Even if he were on PCP... it wouldn't change anything in and of itself.

I just asked what in the toxicology report would change the circumstances? Either the cop used deadly force in a situation where it was called for or he did not. I'm having a hard time coming up with anything in his toxicology report that would make it ok to shoot the guy. Tase him? Restrain him? Sure? Shoot him? No.

Don't get so pissy. You sound like catamountman.
