Presidential candidate Herman Cain and potential candidate Sarah Palin are scheduled to be on the Liberty campus for different purposes on Sat 08 OCT. Cain will sign copies of his book This is Herman Cain 1130-1330 at Liberty's Barnes & Noble Bookstore. Palin is speaking at the Extraordinary Women's Conference at the Vines Center.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
