HOUSTON -- Henry Frazier has resigned as football coach at Prairie View A&M after reviving a program that had seen record losing streaks in the 1990s.
Prairie View athletic director Fred Washington tells KRIV-TV of Houston that Frazier cited personal reasons for his resignation. Washington said Panthers defensive coordinator Heishma Northern will succeed Frazier.
