Norfolk State WR Chris Bell has officially declared for the NFL Draft. He is training in New Jersey.

Meh. He's a good sized WR and had a pretty good year, but nothing to jump up and down about. I have a feeling this is more about academics than NFL desire.

Late round draft pick, if at all.
