The customer had trucks that weren't taking abuse the way they thought they did before. They tried the warranty approach (which in this case would have been tantamount to asking to exchange the vehicles) and were told nope. So they took their business elsewhere.
Maybe they were incorrect and the trucks werent responding to abuse any differently than before - but what I described actually happened - a large CE firm wasn't happy with the trucks and they switched
