Pretty sure morbidly obese people have less lung capacity and lung function.

Should we set legal limits on body fat %?

Au contraire, Chicken l'orange! One has uncanny ability to pull oneself together when under the influence of pot. Ask anyone who's been pulled over and got out of it very easily. Now, just don't smoke in the car (the smell is what gets these people arrested) and don't mix smoking with alcohol.

I wonder how it would work out for the ones who wake and bake....my understanding is that pot stays in the system for 30 days or so, and I'm guessing companies could enact their own set of rules on that.

No, but we should sterilize anyone obese.

That could be true too, as I see anyone releated to our government as being paranoid. Another reason I must not be a Conk. The Canadian Border has become rediculous since 9/11, at least coming back into the USA. The Canadians love our money going north.

I recently took a trip to Ontario, driving across the border each way, and had no trouble going either direction. Passport presented, they asked my business and where I live. That's it and I crossed. So maybe you just look like trouble? :coffee:

This is one of the few things on which JSW and I agree. Any subsequent "problems" from legalization will come about only through Conk-created hysteria. And, I just wanna smoke pot legally. Like you, Z.
I wonder if JSO (and you) would feel differently if you'd been T-boned by a driver higher than a kite. :coffee: :coffee:

Nah, that's not the reason. You clearly don't smoke weed. ;)

Never used to need a passport. I have never had trouble, but there are tons more border patrol now then there were in the 1990's. :coffee:

Perhaps. Making alcohol illegal because pot is illegal is a more compelling case IMO than making pot legal because alcohol is legal.

IMO, pot is illegal because the Government has not found a way to control the production and selling to get there slimy little greedy fingers on the money.

I think it goes deeper than that. If pot was legalized, our collective productivity will plummet. People who smoke are content with much less versus the over-caffeinated, soulless drones who produce massive profits for the owners of our nation. Consumer spending will drop off a cliff, then our economy, then our government. That's really the "evil" fucks like Tman and Richard Nixon were talking about. The stakes are high and that's why it's illegal.

Ultimately we are going to have to slow down. There is no way this planet can handle more pathological consumers.

Alcohol is not the same as pot. People can function, and yes, drive a car just fine while high.

If someone was Tboned by a stoner, it would have happened in a steak house or the car would have be going 2-3 MPH in the parking lot of a Sonic Burger.
