are you saying that there is an automatic provision for reintroducing sanctions? because I havent seen one- and the Russians and Chinese both have a really big veto stamp
Our Republican Congress will be tasked with re-issuing the Sanctions
Our Republican Congress can also de-fund the entire deal AT ANY POINT and revert back to Sanctions
The fact that China and Russia "May-or-May-Not" comply with sanctions
has never changed in any global agreement
