Yup Albany lost again.....11-6 at Ohio State.

That's 0-5 on the season.

I guess I didn't get the memo about a rebuilding year.

Is it football season yet?

Lafayette beat Naxy 15-8..you must he getting your scores from the Lehigh Sports Network.

The Leopards set a whole bunch of records vs. the Middies including Navy's largst margin of defeat ever in a PL game, and the most goals scored against Navy in a PL contest.

The Leopards have another ranked opponent up next in Bucknell (who lost to Navy).

Speaking of WLax, why do they wear lenseless Wright Brothers goggles and not helmets like the dudes? There are some pretty hot women on some of those teams and the goggles just don't do them any justice.

There isn't any hitting, so why wear a helmet? Just protect the eyes. The goggles are F'ing expensive too. I was shocked a couple years ago when I bought my first pair for my oldest. $60. The sale girl calmed me down by saying they'll fit her until HS.

Much like soccer and field hockey girls, wlax players have banging bodies. I was down on the field after a Towson game, and once the goggles and mouth piece come off, I was like

So when were goggles made mandatory? This picture doesn't look that old:

Interesting. I've never thought about that. I'm now realizing they didn't wear them when I was at Towson. I started really paying attention about 5 years ago when we looked into when league start. So at least 5 years.

It hasn't been that long that goggles are mandatory - maybe the last 10 years or so.
