A 6-6 Lafayette team that somehow won the PL championship didnt even get smoked that bad by UMASS in 2006. That was the year UMASS BEAT Montana and played in the NC game. This year's UMASS team isnt as good as the 06 team and Holy Cross this year is better than the 06 Leopards-- no way they lose 30

And I knew I'd take some crap for ranking them. I struggled with it, but when it came down to it I had Albany, Colgate, FAMU, Central Conn. and Lafayette to decide from. Head-to-head, I'd take Albany over any of those 4 opponents. That's why I ranked them.

Stephen F Austin University Is Getting No Respect! We Are Definitely A Top 10 Team. We Are 5-1, Our Only Lost Came To A SMU Team That We Were Suppose To Beat. They Beat Us Less Than A Touchdown. We Turned Around And Beat A NAIA Team 92-0, Then Beat A Good Western Illinois team 40-30 In Illinois, We Also Beat North Dakota 65-31, Which Played Texas Tech Very Tough, Then We Open Conference With Wins Over Two Top 10 Teams,(SFA 16,McNeese St 13- SFA 33, C. Arkansas 30) And They Still Have McNeese Rankes Ahead Of Us. I Just Dont Understand, i Feel We Should Atleast Be In Front Of McNeese State. When I First Seen This Team Play Against SMU I Felt Like They Were Going To Be A Great Team. What Do You Guys Think of the S.F.A Lumberjacks?

Over here we actually follow what is going on but, please...UND sucks, SMU sucks...we almost beat them too (last year), Texas College - NAIA...hello??? However, we all have been keeping an eye out and SFA was put in our poll (which we didn't start until week 5 because it's all irrelevent before then). Week 5 SFA was just outside the poll. After beating McNeese they climbed to 16 and will be higher this week.

Yes, I said that in the "resume" part but I'm talking about the they beat this team argument. In this case it holds up only due to the fact that they both have the goods to back it up at this point. You can't use that in too many cases and it's normally the suckier team beating a better team when you hear that broken record of little validity.
