Chris Christie is going to announce next week.
Then there is John Kasich, and Scott Walker.
And the "Draft Mitt" possibility.

Mittens won't run. Christie is tarnished. Walker has the best chance, IF he can get out in front.dbackjon wrote:Ibanez wrote:13 candidates and not a single one worth a damn.

If I went with the Democratic Party's standards on their last two offerings for the job I could lower the bar to include all of them

Do you have any idea how easy it will to beat a candidate whose nickname is "Cameltoe"?

Fuck Walker. I just read his horrible comment against the ruling today. Why the hell do you conservatives insist we are a Christian nation when all facts and documents prove otherwise.

I get that, but c'mon. It's just a flat out lie. This is not a Christian nation. We weren't FOUNDED to be a religious nation. The real estate mogul and businessman won 15 percent of support from registered Republican voters as their first choice to be the presidential nominee. Not far behind are former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (11 percent) and Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul (11 percent) in the new Economist/YouGov poll.
Trump is even more successful when Republicans are asked for their second choice — he garners 12 percent of support, while many others topped out at 7 or 8 eight percent.

It doesn't mean anything, SK - except that polls follow the red meat until just after Iowa and New Hampshire. Trump will be in the same position he was one year ago at that point. Nowhere

Those are nice stats. However, it's July 14 and those will change before January 2016. Trump will fizzle out, as will most of the other candidates.Skjellyfetti wrote:

Most of this is sideshow, and in Trump's case, a larger sideshow. Lots of candidates, but the only real ones are Bush, Rubio, Walker and Paul, and maybe in that order. One of those is the nominee and quite likely the VP nominee is in that small group as well.
