He was for it before he was against it.

Bill signed by Huckabee in 2005 mandating contraception should be included in health care providing prescription coverage. It doesn't exclude religious organizations. It does exclude abortions, but... again... this isn't an abortion issue.

This. I meat Huckabee in January 2012 when he was doing his show and had the Candidates on stage. The guy seems like a snake oil salesman to me.
