Easy, we don't play everyone else in our conference. It's a conspiracy. The CAA killed Kennedy too.

Heck I'd love it if the Griz could get either of those two teams on the schedule just to open a door to some SoCon/Big Sky match ups ...
....not to mention a guaranteed win for the Griz!

Is there any other NCAA sport where a team is not required to play all the other teams in their conference? If so, please enlighten me.

I'm just saying. We play every team in our conference, why is this not uniform across FCS, or FBS for that matter?

The CAA says they are the deepest Conf. They pad their schedules.(as do others) I want to see how it would shake out if they had to play all 11 of the other teams. Until then, we can't talk. Yeah, yeah, yeah, so you play your division, not the same. This is not biased. I think conferences like the Big 12 should do the same too. It matters not you only have 11 games, that's that conferences problem. Split it up, make 2 actual conferences.

When you take away the non conference games and take the 2 divisions, individually.... they (the standings) become comparable to other conferences.

Gotta agree with Catmom on this one....it's not long before the CAA will throw out all the stops and just put an "N" in front of the name so they can claim all of their teams made it to the playoffs....

You guys need to get over the CAA scheduling issue. If the CAA only had 4 teams they could play each other 3 times.

...and of course the CAA would still get 5 teams in the playoffs.

Wow Tbird you're really digging up some oldies but fwiw I never thought that SUU was as terrible of a team as they look on paper. We've beaten really good teams in the playoffs by scores similar to those posted against SUU lately and the Tbirds compete well when they have come in to play.
