I thought "The Committee" already checked in on the EWU game and said it couldnt be included because of "The Rap". Certainly nobody but a self-centered braggart would go on and on about statistics that were provided by the officials and their cumulative errors.

The Jayhawks win is still my pick for best moment. NDSU joins all the other FCS teams that have enjoyed a victory over the Kansas Jayhawks. Please, all of you come forward for a hand! Join the BISON on the center stage for your much deserved recognition.

Anyway, I'd say definitely the MSU game would be the bright spot. Not many people,including myself, thought the Bison would win like that. That said, MSU's defense was a little suspect all season long.

Yeah, the Kansas game would be up there, but honestly, it wasn't that an impressive of a win over a pretty poor team, Big 12 or not.

NDSU sucks and you know it. They got lucky in a game that they shouldn't have against MSU. MSU was a better team and just had the unfortunate timing of playing NDSU after a hard fought and physical game against UM that took some life out of them. They would hand NDSU their asses 9 times out 10 like the good teams from the MVFC do. UNI, SDSU, Ill. St., and SIU carry the torch for the MVFC.

Ill. St. has been down lately but after the way they just kicked the living dogfuck out of NDSU this last year I can see them taking steps toward being a power in the conference again so I had to throw in as well.

If it weren't for the MVFC rules they would be fucked royally cause cowbells are our thing to bring to the games here in Brookings, they struggle enough as it is on real grass, and a dirt tailgate area, add in those game changing cowbells and they would never win again at SDSU

My goodness, UAH is claiming the Grizzlies "Knocked The Stuffing" out of the Bobcats!!

Fact is none of the teams in the Big Sky were as good as the BISON. It took 60 minutes of bad calls to make the point.

The results are in on the MSU game and The NDSU BISON won a clean contest, with a fine officiating crew, against the Champions of the Big Sky. The only team that got "The Stuffing" knocked out of them were the Grizzlies who finished with the record to prove it.

The playoff win against MSU seems to be the contest most in favor of folks so far. I still think the impressive win that won the respect of the entire FCS, not only the MVFC, is the top moment. I think The BISON are only the third FCS team to ever win in the Big 12. It was a huge win, good or bad or whatever your comfort, The Jayhawks had all the advantages of a top of line FCS program including a hot shot new coach.

If anybody got the the stuffing knocked out of them it was the Kansas Jayhawks by the BISON.

NDSU has been playoff eligible for 2 yrs and has already been to the final round. I certainly understand the reluctance of some of you, still clinging to the past, in accepting the BISON as a force to be reckoned with.

NDSU beat the MVFC conference up, leaving it in a state of parity, and rode the Huge Win over Perennial Big 12 Power, and charter member, University of Kansas Jayhawks into the FCS playoffs. NDSU is very successful against the FBS, the Jayhawks were just another example of that. Montana has never beaten a Big 12 squad, they have trouble with the D2s these days.

Although beating Montana State convincingly was a big deal, especially since it was a playoff game with the BSC Champion BobCats coming off a bye, beating the Jayhawks made it all possible. Some of you are trying to belittle the big win, a win that captured the admiration and imagination of the entire FCS division not just the MVFC. But the big hitters, the ones making the decisions on which teams get in, didnt miss the significance.

The success of the NDSU BISON in the playoffs justified their judgement. There was no more deserving team than the NDSU BISON and no team played better, with more strength of character, more pride and more football knowledge than the legendary Thundering Herd of North Dakota State.

Thats why I chose the win over the Jayhawks as the greatest moment in 2010, followed by the big playoff win in the Prestigious Fargo Dome against RMU and finally the routine but spirited playoff win against the plucky and very capable Montana State Bobcats.
