That was a typo that I fixed.

Tell me where I was wrong and/or what I was wrong about. Be specific.

Quote the statement where Paul said the drugs have no pathway to the US.

Or you can continue to duck, dodge and avoid answering the questions.
It wasn’t a typo, you got busted lying again

And you will just keep doing it
Except for the "I listened to what he said in that Tweet and didn't hear that (the drugs have no pathway to the US) so I'll ask again, quote the statement where he said that" that followed and was clearly referring to Paul.

Try again.

You said:
So by Rand Paul saying they don’t have a pathway to “Florida” is wrong ….
And I've asked you repeatedly to quote exactly where Rand said that and you've ducked and dodged the question.

About me you said:
You should’ve just sat this one out and stopped pontificating about something you know nothing about
While giving no specifics. Tell me what I got wrong.

I'll even refresh your memory by giving the quoting my post:
UNI88 wrote: Sat Nov 01, 2025 10:08 am For reference, here is my attempt at transcribing what Paul said ...
If you go off the coast of Miami, the Coast Guard will be stopping boats today and about 25% of the boats that they stop that they’re suspicious of drugs, there won’t be any drugs on board. So 25% of the time the suspicion is wrong and that’s why we don’t just shoot and blow up boats off of Miami but neither should we be blowing them up off the coast of Venezuela.

Number one, there is no fentanyl made in Venezuela. Not just a little bit, there’s none being made in Venezuela.

These are outboard boats that in order for them to get to Miami would have to stop and refuel 20 times. They’re in all likelihood going to Trinidad-Tobago which is an island right off the coast of Venezuela.

So there’s a lot of reasons to be worried about this. But number one is the broader principle of when can you kill people indiscriminately, when you are at war. That’s why when we declare war it’s supposed to be done by Congress. It’s supposed to be thoughtful. It’s supposed to be debated. And we’re not supposed to do it willy nilly. And then when you have war you just kill people in the war zone. And even then there are rules of engagement.

But interdicting drugs has always been a criminal/anti-crime activity where we don’t just summarily execute people. We actually present evidence and convict them.
The only thing Paul got wrong was the range of the boats. Depending on their speed (impacts their fuel consumption) they could probably get to Miami with 1 stop to refuel.

Maybe stating that there is no fentanyl made in Venezuela is hyperbole but the reality is that the vast majority of the fentanyl in the US comes from Mexico using materials from China.

Nowhere in the Twitter clip did he state that the boats/drugs have "no pathway" to the US/Florida. You stating he said that is itself intellectually dishonest.

You appear to be using the BDKnitpicking approach of attempting to discredit Paul's extremely valid points by focusing on much less relevant details.
If I'm wrong then show me the receipts.

It's simple - it's in this thread and in the last couple of days or it doesn't exist and you're full of sh!t.

I suspect you've got nothing and you're just ducking and dodging to avoid admitting it. No wonder you're drawn to trump. Peas in a pod.

What have I said that is wrong.

Why are you putting so much time and energy into this?

I like Rand Paul, he has a valid concern about the military blowing up these boats, he just shouldn’t talk about drug smuggling operations because I never saw him out there

Indeed, and that's why these things have flopped back and forth between both parties and will keep bouncing. Neither party really has great ideas, other than trying to hold on to power, so voters have lately just been voting against the incumbents. That happened just last week and looks to be on course for happening in 2026 as well. That's what will make the 2028 Presidential election so interesting, no incumbents. Of course, 2016 was like that and we're still sorting through the ripples from that doozy.

Trump says Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has "lost her way" after criticism over foreign policy focus
"I don't know what happened to Marjorie, nice woman, but she's lost her way, I think," Trump said from the Oval Office, where he met with Syria's leader and swore in a new ambassador to India. The president defended his focus on global issues, saying he sees the presidency "as a worldwide situation."

That’s been happening for at least 80 years. The last 20 midterm elections 1946-2022 the party in the WH has lost an avg of 25 House seats. On 2 of 20 has the party in the WH gained seats:
-1998 Clinton
-2002 Bush

So even if the donks gained 5, 10, even 20 seats they would be doing worse than the historical avg.

It’s like the majority of the electorate is a bunch of every 4 year flip floppers who can’t make up their mind. And round and round we go. We get the govt we deserve.

Of course, maybe if the government actually worked in those 4 years you wouldn't have people flip flop all the time. People aren't seeing anything worth voting for - some voters genuinely don't care if it's a Democrat or Republican, they just want everything to work and they'll vote for who accomplishes that.

Trump calls for Indiana GOP members to be ousted after redistricting efforts stall
President Donald Trump is calling for the GOP leader of Indiana’s state Senate to be ousted after he refused to reconvene the chamber to redraw congressional maps in favor of Republicans.

Good for Indiana. Redistricting now would be a "brazen power grab that tramples on civil rights and mocks the democratic process."

Sen. Greg Walker declines Oval Office visit, accuses White House of violating Hatch Act
The state senator said he declined the invitation and believes it violates the Hatch Act, which restricts certain political activities by federal employees.

Walker said he would have reported the alleged violation to federal authorities “if I thought that there was anyone of integrity in Washington that would follow through on my accusation and actually cause someone to lose their job over it.”

“I refused (the invitation), but the underling who reached out to me is trying to influence the election on my dime,” Walker told The Republic. “That individual works for me. He works for you. He’s on my payroll, he’s on your payroll, and he’s campaigning on company time. That’s a violation of the Hatch Act. He’s a federal employee. He works in the White House. But does anyone care about the rules anymore? Not that I can tell.

How does (Trump) have the time to mess with a nobody like me with all of the important matters that are to take his attention as the leader of the executive branch in this nation?” Walker also said. “There is no way that he should have time to have a conversation with me about Indiana mapmaking when that’s not his business, for starters. But secondly, doesn’t he have anything better to do? I can make a big list of things that are more important for him to focus on.”

The Oval Office invitation came two days before Walker became the sixth GOP senator to be targeted in a swatting incident since Indiana Senate leaders said they were rejecting Trump’s push for congressional redistricting.
