Question needs to be asked:
Should Cliff Lee be the Game 1 starter? He's just on fire.

Is it really the lost column? I always thought it was the loss column.GannonFan wrote:the lost column.

Re: Phillies Parade
I also think he means the "loss" column, but since he stated "lost" column it really could mean any particular column that cannot be found at this particular point in time.89Hen wrote:Is it really the lost column? I always thought it was the loss column.GannonFan wrote:the lost column.

It's possible that the loss column could be lost - there are printing errors from time to time.93henfan wrote:I also think he means the "loss" column, but since he stated "lost" column it really could mean any particular column that cannot be found at this particular point in time.89Hen wrote: Is it really the lost column? If it holds off from now until 7 p.m., they may get it in. Lots of rain up here today.89Hen wrote:Yet another double header in the coming weeks? Already two on the slate?Ivytalk wrote:Looks like a rainout tonight.

Phils got the game in, with delays, but took a satisfying 6-3 win over the Braves. Lead is 9.5, magic number is 14!
I have tix for tonight!

They got Strasburg's first start in here also. 5 innings, 2 hits, no runs.
Nats were up 3-0 when he left and they promptly gave up 3 to give him a no decision.

Vanimal with another win last night - that's 14 straight when he pitches, 11-1 on the year. 90 wins & counting - the Braves look like a AAA team at times when they play the Phils - then again so does everyone else.

Personal foul; 89Hen; discussing teams that nobody cares about and/or teams that paid game-changer money for role-player-at-best Jayson Werth. Fifteen yard penalty. Automatic first down.

He'll have to supply one beer per poster in this thread at the next UD Football game he attends. Still deciding. Dad is out of town. It's West Chester. Ex-wife said she'll take my boys to the game if I don't go. Would save me a trip to see a D-II opponent.bluehenbillk wrote:93 - you going to Newark for the cupcakes, errr Golden Rams on Saturday?
I really wish half of the home slate wasn't in September this year. Federal fiscal year end, particularly late September is tough for me to make.
God, I'm starting to sound like 89 with excuses. Is this what living in Maryland does to a person?
