Are you kidding me?! The US is #1 followed by Canada. Japan is a distant third or fourth. Point being, the quality and the interest isn't there to sustain international championships. Tell me, how is NFL Europa doing? Austria, Germany and France play, but they are way way beneath Canada, Japan and Mexico, not to mention the US.
