Weber State's women's basketball team won their first Big Sky Conference game since February of 2011 with an 84-71 win over Idaho State tonight. They had lost 51 straight conference games, breaking the previous Big-Sky record of 42 consecutive conference losses set by NAU in the early '90s.
Unfortunately for the Wildcats, they were eliminated from Big Sky Tournament contention after their loss to SUU Saturday. This will be the 7th. straight tourney miss for Weber.
