    Most Surprising Result: Houston Baptist 24, Lamar 17 - This was also HBU's first-ever road win against a DI opponent.

    Worst Performance: Georgetown 3, Lafayette 17 - The Hoyas put up just 173 yards against a team that hadn't won a Patriot League game in 2 years.

    Most Surprising Result: Georgetown 3, Lafayette 17 - The scholarship disadvantages may really be taking their toll as Georgetown has now lost 7 straight conference games.

    Worst Performance: Rhode Island 7, (#8) James Madison 84 - Not only did the Rams allow 628 yards and 3 non-offensive touchdowns, but check out QB Jordan Vazzano's stat line: 4/25 for 12 yards and 5 INTs, which is a minus-20 efficiency rating. :lol: :oops:

    Most Surprising Result: (#22) Stony Brook 14, New Hampshire 43 - The Seawolves have looked pretty damn good most of the season, but man have their losses been ugly. :ohno:

TSU QB Ronald Butler played equally well in defeat throwing for a career high 329 and rushing for a career high 109 yds but costly fumbles and 4th qtr lapses by the defense cost the Tigers a victory.

Austin Peay DB James Bond is only 5-11 181 was hoping that he was over 6-3 210 with speed to burn.Hopefully he will grow before leaving school.

I don't pay attention to polls until Nov (still haven't looked at them yet all season) but on the JMU board I have seen folks say JMU is #5 and #7 in the 2 major polls (Coaches & STATS I think).

They were #8 in the STATS poll last week.
