Best Performance: (#25) Portland St. 66, (FBS) North Texas 7 - The Vikings set a record for most lopsided FCS win over an FBS and move to 2-0 against the upper subdivision by outgaining the Not-so-Mean Green 670-198.

Most Surprising Result: Weber St. 24, (#12) Montana 21 (OT) - The Wildcats prove last week's Southern Utah debacle was a fluke by committing 0 turnovers (they had 6 against SUU) and dominating time of possession in their first Missoula win in 28 years.

Worst Performance: Missouri St. 26, Southern Illinois 73 - The Bears make it 10 straight DI losses as they allow an MVFC scoring record.

Most Surprising Result: (#9) Youngstown St. 29, (#4) Illinois St. 31 - Can Bo Pelini end YSU's recent history of November collapses? This loss could hurt if he can't.

Best Performance: Dayton 13, San Diego 12 - The Flyers still manage to gain a serious edge in the conference title race despite not having Connor Kacsor.

Worst Performance: Campbell 10, Marist 13 - The Camels fall out of any realistic auto-bid contention with this anemic performance.

Most Surprising Result: Davidson 14, (DII) Kentucky Wesleyan 7 - The Wildcats get their first win over an actual college football team since they beat Valpo in OT nearly 3 years ago.
