Yes, this is week ONE, let's not have that stupid argument again this year. As always, you are certainly entitled to your opinion as to who should be on the poll, but I'm also entitled to tell you to shut the hell up and make your own damn poll if you want to cry.
I only do I-AA vs I-AA (yup, I still use "I-AA" just like 99% of pepole that get interviewed on ESPN) so don't tell me about a I-AA vs I-A game that could be close.
Not to be a homer, but I picked CP @ UM, for two reasons:
a) We can find out if the NDSU win was a fluke or if UM is for real
b) CP absolutely WAXED the Griz last year, in every phase of the game...time for some payback
"Ah fuck. You are right." KYJelly, 11/6/12

Eh, he makes a pretty good case. I went with J-State vs Chatty with UM/CP a close second.
He does, but you will probably be the only Griz fan to not go with them. One thing I've learned over the years, you guys are almost incapable of not voting for the Griz for any kind of poll.

I'm a Griz fan and I like the Coastal Furman Game !!!

Coastal/Furman is a close second to Cow Poly-UM. NAU/SFA isn't a horrible choice, either. The others are all meh....
SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
You can't be serious? It'll be a good game, but not GOTW. We lead the series 5-1 and should put a stomping on them.
Honestly you probably should have stomped us that last two times we played but stompings don't seem to happen in this series.
My guess is if someone gets stomped it should be Furman, but I am going to say this is another one that goes to the wire.
If Furman would have had any kind of season at all last year, I would be tempted to pick this game. Since we didn't, I picked JSU/Chatt. Cal Poly/Montana would be my second pick.

There is a slight chance that I'll be at the game on Saturday. You going?

and I'm not kidding - the game of the week is Coastal / Furman
Write that down
The Vermin have lost their swerve since they don't have the Hillbillys to kick around anymore ...
I went with the Mocs because the Griz will be hung-over from NDSU, and throw up a real stinker against Cow Poly.
