High School: Competed at Hamilton High School for coach Steve Belles…Named Arizona's Division I Player of the Year by Arizona Varsity (Rivals) and also earned First-Team All-Arizona by the Arizona Republic as a senior…Named the state's fourth-best player by the Republic heading into senior season…Also First-Team All-Tribune...Caught 87 passes for 1,132 yards and 16 touchdowns as a senior...Rushed for 558 yards on 68 carries…Rated the No. 24 "athlete" in the nation and the No. 7 recruit in Arizona by Rivals.com.

Personal: Born June 16, 1994…Kendyl's father, Keith, played at Illinois before a nine-year NFL career...
