If JMU goes 8-4, there is still hope. However, I don't think the CAA will get more than 4 teams(and maybe only 3). So, they would need to win their last two and hope that Delaware loses 1 or 2 more, W&M either loses 2, or beats Towson, and NH loses one more. I think if Delaware, W&M, and New Hampshire all rank higher on the playoff list right now. If W&M beats Towson, then JMU would have the tiebreaker over Towson with a end of the season win and the same record.

Best bet is:

Maine(Autobid)
W&M 9-3 t2nd
Delaware 9-3 t2
JMU 8-4
NH out with a loss to Maine
Towson out with losses to W&M and JMU.

I don't expect that to happen. Towson is good.

It looks like another year of under achievement for my JMU Dukes. There is a lot of chatter about us following our ex rival Old Dominion to Division 1 ( FBS ) but nothing they are doing on the field warrants it that's for sure. Coach Micky Matthews might have worn out his welcome.
Even IF we win our final two.....a tough StoneyBrook squad and a much tougher Towsend one.....is there any chance of us sneaking into the play offs with an 8-4 record??

Heres some hope. You guys have about as many playoff appearances as my team has 10+ loss seasons haha!!! Don't feel so bad, it could be worse.

I watched the game. The Richmond qb played at a very high level in my opinion. I still don't expect them to beat W&M but it might be a close game.
