Congradulations Central Arkansas Bears

2nd year in a row. Not bad for a program freshly up from Div II. NDSU has a couple more years of experience in Div I-AA, they have done quite well also. So you can see what can be done. I hope to see you many times in the future playoffs. Maybe a striped playing field will become commonplace. I love yours.

Some of you fans were impressed by the atmosphere around Wash/Griz stadium on game day last year. I've been there and I'm impressed. But it did not happen overnight. It is the result of 20 yrs of winning.

That and...this year...a one in a million bounce on an onside kick. But that's the way it goes. Luck (chance) plays a role in football and you need to be at least good enough so that luck makes a difference in the outcome. If you're not good luck isn't enough.
