A contest I'm glad I didn't win
Throughout the season, the Taco Bell locations in the Portland area had a promotion in conjunction with Portland State football that the winner would fly with the team to Montana State, stay with the team and have a sideline pass to the game at Montana State. That "winner" currently is standing in 10 degree actual temperature, -12 wind chill, on the sidelines where MSU is beating PSU, 65-13 just halfway through the third quarter.

It's always a great day not to be in Blowsmen.JALMOND wrote:Throughout the season, the Taco Bell locations in the Portland area had a promotion in conjunction with Portland State football that the winner would fly with the team to Montana State, stay with the team and have a sideline pass to the game at Montana State. I just got back from the game. The weather wasn't so bad - got chilly once the sun went down. Met some nice fans from Portland.
But I'm sure it was more fun for the Cat fans than the Vikings.

In all honesty, not a terrible town. But hey, it's Griz/cat week.

Yeah, it even got a little chilly in the 4th quarter for Cat fans, I spent most the 4th quarter walking along the walkway watching the gameJALMOND wrote:Throughout the season, the Taco Bell locations in the Portland area had a promotion in conjunction with Portland State football that the winner would fly with the team to Montana State, stay with the team and have a sideline pass to the game at Montana State.
