BATON ROUGE, LA. — Someday, it will happen again.

Perhaps the thunderclap will sound across the college football world tonight as Towson takes on the challenge of playing the Associated Press No. 3-ranked team LSU in Death Valley.

Maybe it will happen in a different venue, one year from now, five years down the road, or another 10 seasons.

But it will happen.

I wonder how much cred the SEC will lose if LSU lets this happen. Will it be as bad as it was for the Big Ten when App State took out Michigan? In my mind, it'll be a whole lot worse because App was #1 in the country (FCS) at the time, while Towson State is only #13, AND LSU is #3 (FBS), while Michigan was only #5 at the time....
