FBS/FCS
FBS/FCS
Wanted to take this in a different direction. Recently saw some talk on this topic in a forum. Anyone think it's possible that the NCAA gets rid of the distinction in the future and just makes football like all other d1 sports?

Re: FBS/FCS
I highly doubt it. That would open the B(C)$ up to the theoretical possibility that Montana or Appy could win THEIR national championship. However remote they try to make that, the possibility would still exist, and they won't want to allow that.
The other consideration is the FBS pie. It's already being carved in a ton of ways. They won't want to cut it up even more. The haves vs. the have nots. We're the serfs in the FBS's feudal kingdom.
