I really fell off this week.

Too bad for Sacred Heart too. That would have been a good win for them after getting enhialated by SFPA.

Dgreco - any word on what happened to Bryant? I thought for sure they'd put a hurting on CCSU.

You will learn Marty Fine doesn't break from the game plan. It can help and it can hurt. Bryant this year has a run first, pass second offense; even when we are down by 20. For most of the game we kept it close but CCSU really broke away in the 4th quarter. The defense was outmatched, but I think that was expected. Bryant's defense is mostly young, somewhat slow, and not as athletic as CCSU's offense. Bryant is also playing a lot of underclassmen and the upperclassmen are now moving to the bench. I think on the offense there has been no "strife" because they have been successful, but I think the mentoring has not gone as good as it can on the defensive side.

I think Bryant can still have a good season and will finish with 7 wins, or I think that is more than reasonable, so it won't be a great season, but not a horrible season.
