I thought this was fully decided a long time ago. NWMSU officials told me he was coming months ago and UD players said Baker would not return during the spring. This is a huge pickup for D2!

Eh, guy loses two years to injury and unfortunately, also loses the dart contest that the folks in the NCAA play when they decide matters like this. Doing things in favor of the student athletes comes far below the NCAA doing things to restrict and punish student athletes in their list of priorities so nothing surprising here. Being an FCS player was a double-whammy as well, unfortunately.
