Minnesota and UCF are games I am extremely excited for, but for different reasons than the above. First, it shows we have arrived. We are no longer playing William Penn to start the season, rather we are playing legitimate big time programs who will help give USD national exposure which will only help recruiting and our name recognition to sports fans nation-wide. If we happen to win one of these we become media darlings like App. State and the rest is gravy.
What a bunch of jokers. No wonder we don't play them, the punishment they would put on us would be brutal. We should bow before them up here in Brookings
Please don't tell Obama what comes after a Trillion.
Does that dude know that NDSU punished Minnesota a few years ago and has yet to see that App. State recognion? Some people have a real skewed view of what is what but good for him and his excitement level. If he tempers it with a little reality as to media exposure for being a doormat like most FCS teams are in the first couple games of the season then he'll be better off.
I wouldnt mind the enthusiasm either, but these are the guys who were saying there was no real difference between DII and FCS level of play when we went up and they stayed at DII. Bunch of douchers.

Well I guess they're gonna find out now for real since they've arrived and all.
Which begs the question...how can you arrive at the place you've always been?
